1. Where do the organization sessions take place?
All sessions (including the initial assessment) will take place at your office.
2. What happens during the initial consultation?
We will take thirty minutes to one hour to asses your space. During the consultation, we will discuss your goals for the space and how we can make them a reality. After the consultation we will present you with an organization plan for the space. Read more.
3. Is there a fee for the initial consultation?
No, there is no fee for the initial consultation.
4. Can I afford an organization service?
Time looking for lost items, lowered productivity, emotional stress – you can’t afford not to be organized! We have organization packages that suit every situation and budget. If you are concerned about the cost, we can set up a plan with “homework” assignments that you complete in between sessions.
5. What happens during the organizing sessions?
It is important that you are present during the entire organization session. Optimum Productivity will be there by your side to help you create and implement workable organization systems. During each session you will learn customized organization techniques that are easy to maintain. Read more.
6. How long will it take to get organized?
Many factors including the size of the project and your motivation level determine how long the project will take. Organization happens more quickly with a trained coach by your side. Optimum Productivity can help you organize spaces that feel overwhelming.
7. What if I feel embarrassed at my mess?
There is no need to feel embarrassed. We adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. We are here to help, not judge.
8. Do you work evenings or weekends?
Organization sessions are scheduled Monday – Friday during business hours. Under special circumstances we may schedule a session in the evening or on a weekend. Extra charges will apply.
9. How are the services billed?
You will be provided with a proposal after the initial consultation outlining the objectives of the project, time line and projected cost. Services are billed in one of two ways 1) purchasing a discounted block of hours 2) at an hourly rate. View our terms and conditions.
10. I have tried to get organized before. How will this be different?
Optimum Productivity gets to the heart of what is causing the disorganization and enables you with effective strategies to conquer your organizational challenges once and for all. Your personal organization coach will provide information, experience, simple techniques and encouragement every step of the way. We are also available for follow-up organization sessions to prevent back slide.
